At Diana Rae Living, every item is handmade with care and prayer. We want you to love what you receive—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
To begin a return, please email Diana@DianaRaeLiving.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, include photos so we can make it right.
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We sincerely apologize for any mix-up! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you received the wrong item or if your product arrived damaged. We’ll do everything we can to fix it quickly.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing your file, please reach out—we’re happy to help resolve technical problems or resend your download if needed.
